Sentinel Automation

This device operates with an AC220V input power supply at a frequency of 50/60Hz, and offers a rated power range of 0.05 to 0.4 kW. It runs at a speed of 3000 RPM and supports multiple position control modes, including pulse + direction, CCW/CW pulse, A/B two-phase orthogonal pulse, and internal position control. The device offers various control modes, such as position control, speed control, torque control, position and speed mixed control, and position torque control. It is equipped with robust protection functions, including over speed, over/under voltage of the main power supply, over current, overload, abnormal encoder, abnormal control power supply, and position out of tolerance. The monitoring functions include tracking speed, current position, command pulse accumulation, position deviation, motor torque, motor current, and operation status, among others. The control inputs include signals for servo enable, alarm clear, CCW/CW drive prohibition, deviation counter reset, instruction pulse prohibition, and torque limits for both CCW and CW directions. For control outputs, it provides signals for servo ready, servo alarm, positioning complete, and mechanical braking. It is designed to handle loads up to 3 times the motor inertia. Communication is facilitated via RS485, allowing for flexible integration into industrial control systems.
